Overall 10/10 experience. Hotel location is great, in walking distance to pretty much all touristy spots in the area, as well as very close to bus and subway stations. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and exactly as promoted, you get what you pay for. Breakfast was a highlight, it was very good and with tons of options. Hotel has laundry area, lockers area for pre check in, and post checkout, a convenience store & Starbucks downstairs and basically everything. Would stay here again and recommend

I gave 5 stars to this hotel because of the employees, thanks to the exceptional service from Shin and Park. Park did something truly heroic on my travel day, there were campaigns outside and it was hard to get a taxi, but she stayed with me for about 40 minutes to make sure I wouldn’t miss my flight. I truly appreciate her dedication, integrity, and kindness. She went above and beyond, and I’m sincerely grateful.

Very nice rooms and the high floors have excellent views from Seoul! The personal is very attentive. All great. Location is excellent a lot of bars, coffee shops and convenience stores around.

I highly recommend this hotel. First of all, it is in the center of Seoul's landmarks. If you are one of those who like to walk during your trip, you can easily walk to most places. There is a 24-hour market under the hotel. They also provide iron, kettle, enough towels in the room. Also the rooms are very clean. There is a laundry at the resepsion level. Also There is also luggage storage on the reception floor .

We had a pleasant stay, location was central. Rooms were clean. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was a good mix and easy for us as it meant we could just eat and start our day. We stayed in a 3 bed room which was tight but ok, the main issue was the bathroom situation … it was good the toilet and bathroom was seperate but there were no hangers for dirty or fresh clothes as the whole shower room gets wet. Travelling with family would be fine but travelling with friends made showering a bit hard in that we had to leave our clothes/towels outside the bathroom to get after showering. They also had storage facilities for luggage’s which is convenient but if you weren’t coming back to the hotel there’s a 20000 won per day fee per locker. Overall it was a solid hotel.
