Right outside Chungmuro Station + airport bus stops, as well as being a short walk to Myeongdong, this is a decent place to stay. It's more of a guesthouse than anything. This building's top 3 floors are 3 separate "hotels", so they actually moved the two other people we were staying with to another floor with a bigger room. It's not the worst - it's clean and somewhere to sleep. The washroom is a wet room (all-in-one), so if this is your first time experiencing it, the top of the toilet paper holder + the shelf above the toilet are "safe" places that won't get wet if you angle the shower head properly. There is a common area on each floor with a microwave, ironing board, clothes hanging rack, and luggage scale, as well as a bin for dirty towels. New towels can be found in the check-in office, alongside a water cooler and basic amenities. An extra keycard is a 10k won deposit which you will get back when you return it, so keep some cash on you if you need two cards. My only concern was that the actual building is not very secure. There is no security system to get in the building or up the actual elevator, so anyone can come up if they wish. In the end, these are bare bones rooms for a cheap price - not bad at all.

I was a solo traveller and the place is very convenient. The room is small but clean, you don't want anything else but sleep. The location is very convenient very close to the metro station and very close to many Seoul s places of interest. The personnel are very kind and helpful , they helped me with everything I wanted.

We stayed here March 27, 2025 - April 5, 2025. We had a very pleasant experience. Our room had a good amount of space for all our luggage. Room included a mini-fridge and a small desk. Good location, very close 2 minute walk to the Chungmuro station. The floor your room is on has a shared area for laundry, a microwave, sink, and water. Has a scale for luggage and provided umbrellas for free for guests to use. Friendly staff. You have to ask for the cleaning of your room. The only thing we didn’t like about our stay was an unpleasant smell that came from the sewage or plumbing.

We stayed for 6 nights and had a great experience. The location is perfect and the building tucked in a small alley but easy to find you follow the street view. We had booked the twin room with city view. Room is not super spacious but at the same time we were still able to open out big suitcases. Room has all basic amenities from dryer, toiletries to slippers. Toiletries can be picked from the lobby, likewise water can also be filled. There is a common space to have meals and socialise if you’re travelling solo. Chungmuro subway is a few minutes away, there are many convenience stores and restaurants around all in a walkable distance. Great value for money! Will return.
