Stayed here in this hotel a few times. The customer service was almost excellent compared to other 3 star hotels around the area. Security staffs really took their initiative to escort guests out of the hotel especially at night. The room attendants were extremely friendly and attended promptly to my needs. A cool relax place away from the buzzling nightlife.

Staying here due to free stay voucher given by GLG. It's located precisely side to side with DC Mall thus there's special gate from this hotel connected directly to inside of Mall. The hotel condition was decent as 2-star hotel, room was quite clean and tidy, yet found stains in room floor and bathroom, and no water kettle. The staffs were welcome, there's lift for easy mobilisation, only the scenery wasn't pleasing. For booking in OYO, breakfast excluded yet guests could pay on the spot 20k/person. For tourists who only need place to sleep, this hotel is good to go.
