Please, if you care about your health, do not stay at HOTEL DOWNTOWN BKC.

The only person worth mentioning is the English-speaking receptionist — he’s a good man, very respectful. But the hotel itself is terrible.
The rooms have a strong, awful smell coming from the toilet. You can barely sleep properly because of it. I also saw a few cockroaches around, which made it even worse.
They don’t have a restaurant, they bring dirty, unhygienic food from outside. I ate it, got food poisoning, and ended up hospitalized.

This place is not just uncomfortable, it’s unsafe. Save yourself the pain, stay somewhere else.

All of the rooms have a really strong and unpleasant odor. The restrooms are extremely small. A bed bug was present when I was just getting settled. I was so terrified that I hurried out of the rooms. Don't make a reservation here. Simply put, the staff tries to move you from one room to another.

Worst hotel ever they actually don't know how to service a Customer. Breakfast takes more then an hour to prepare in bathroom you will get brocken Knob with cockroach I don't have the pic else I would have uploaded it. You wont be reaching your event on time if you will be adding Breakfast in this Hotel cause they don't provide it on time.

The worst hotel experience ever!

This place should not be open. The service is terrible.

The water heater never worked, not even once. No backup for it either.

They don’t care about their guests at all. There is no parking available. The staff is rude and extremely lazy.

We didn’t get any fresh towels the whole time. All three of us had a very hard time.

They even charged us twice for two bottles of water!

Don't book please.
