Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The cleanliness and attention to detail were impressive, making the entire experience feel luxurious. They provided thoughtful amenities, including skincare, hair, and body care products, which was a lovely touch. The room was spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable and soft we had such a restful sleep. Breakfast was also great, with a good variety of delicious options. Overall, a fantastic and pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Stayed in this hotel with my partner for 8 nights. It is in a great location for a morning Starbucks. Close to the subway and in walking distance of some really exciting little street markets. The room was lovely and spacious and had everything we needed. The staff at the front desk were always very polite and said good Morning and goodnight. The cleaning in the room was excellent and they replenished the coffee and water each day. If we come back to Osaka we would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed at the Cordia due to it’s convenient location between the various exists of Hommachi Station and direct access to the Chuo Line, that brings you to the Osaka Expo area without having to to change lines. To the north its just a few stations to Umeda and south to Dotonbori, yet the area is relatively quiet. As usually the case a 7eleven, Familymart and Coco Curry are very close by, as are izakayas, a Starbucks and other cafes. The service at the Cordia is excellent as it was to be expected from a Japanese hotel. When I asked for a second, thinner blanket I had it at the room after returning from the Expo. The rooms are typical in size for Japanese business hotels and suite a pair of two quite well. There is no bathtub in the room, just a dedicated shower room with a shower head, rain shower and a third set of three outlets for a back massage during showering. The TV is top modern and allows direct access to various apps such as YouTube or Netflix, to be used with your own accounts. The TV automatically deletes login data when shut down, so no worries with forgetting to log out. Another reason we chose the Cordia are the washing machines on floor six, three being available. The machines are fully automated washer/dryer combos and are operated with 100 Yen coins. A vending machine, smoking room and soda machine round out the amenities, the washing room being the mist important one in my opinion, as it removes the necessity to go to an external wash salon. You can see the current machine status from your rooms TV so you know when it will be ready. If you use a machine, you lock it with a self determined pin for the duration of your wash cycle so nobody can access your clothes. All in all a really great hotel in a well connected location. Highly recommend and would book again when in Osaka.

Good hotel overall. Room is squeaky clean, full amenities, strong and hot shower, good wifi, and quiet. Breakfast is ordered by set from a menu and prepared fresh. Breakfast time has to be pre-selected since dining area is small. We got to enjoy our breakfast each morning without the crowds. Also, better to book breakfast in advance as some days maybe fully booked. If not, MOS burger or McDonald's is less than 200m away. Hotel is centrally located with 3 metro lines nearby. I think Hommachi area is more like a business area, with no tourists around. In fact, there is a small university and school on the way to the Midosuji line. Front desk staff is polite and efficient, though rather reserved. They greeted us whenever we leave or come back to the hotel.

This was my first stay at CORDIA Hotel, and I was highly satisfied! The staff were extremely courteous, making me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was clean, stylish, and well-equipped, providing a very cozy atmosphere. The hotel's location was excellent—perfect for sightseeing and shopping. Even though this was my first visit, I would love to stay here again in the future!
