While the rooms are small just like most in Japan, they have everything you need and a great bathroom. Located close to Kitahama station means it's easy to get around without needing to stay in the overly populated areas. There are three convenience stores within 50 metres of the entrance of the hotel, so you are always close to snacks and drinks. We didn't try the breakfast buffet offered, but it looked good and was well priced if that's what you are looking for. Complementaty bottled water is always available in the foyer. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

We loved everything about this hotel. The rooms were bigger than in the majority of Japanese hotels. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The rooms were cleaned daily (not common practice in Japan), and everything was so clean. We liked location too, as it was few steps from metro station and in the neighborhood was a lot of small places for a breakfast and dinner. Across of the hotel are 7/11 and Lawson stores and hotel has laundry facilities on3 floors.

This hotel was great. Large room(relative to other chain hotels), spacious toilet and bathtub, and excellent service. They brought my luggage up to my room after I left it at the front desk before check-in. Another example is when I didn't press the make-up room button and they knocked on my door at 3pm to check if I needed anything else. Service was truly welcoming for a solo traveller, and there was really nothing of note that I had an issue with. Lovely place in a good location, as the escalator to the train station is just across the road. I may well return here the next time I come to Osaka. Peaceful and luxurious.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Their kindness and attentiveness truly stood out throughout our entire visit. The rooms were always spotlessly clean whenever we returned, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Housekeeping did an outstanding job! Although we struggled with speaking Japanese, the staff’s English was excellent, and they went out of their way to ensure we understood everything clearly. Their patience and willingness to help made us feel safe and well taken care of. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting whether for comfort, cleanliness, or outstanding service, it exceeded all our expectations. Thank you for such a memorable experience! We can’t wait to stay here again!

Chose this hotel due to its close proximity to train stations and how clean/spacious the rooms looked in the photos. The hotel is a quick 5 minute walk to several convenient train stations, and also has a 7 Eleven directly in front of it. In addition, the room and linens were visibly clean after a quick inspection (although there were a couple stains in the walls and carpets), and the bathroom/shower was spotless. We were provided with the typical amenities (toothbrush set, shaving set, combs, and more). There is a laundry facility on-site that we used, although it was on the pricier side. Overall, the hotel’s convenient location and cleanliness allowed me to enjoy-my stay here, and I would recommend it to others in the future.
