Nice hotel and very friendly staff. Offers free parking in basement and easy to find. Nice breakfast and also well thought welcome drink. Easy to find the hotel and it is very close to the main road and 1km from Central Pattaya. Staff are very nice and good ambient around the hotel. The rooms are not entirely sound proof but it is not noisy as well. Balcony is small but useful to use. Room is clean and properly setup. Also offer to refill water if requested, but we did not ask, but it's a nice gesture to ask beause when we stayed in most hotels, water is provided more on request, not sold. So this is a great point about this hotel. Asking us whether it is a first time or repeated customer. Overall, it is a great experience to stay there. Will come back again.

It's a good clean modern hotel, the location was great, checked in was nice and fast. The massage shop was excellent, bit higher prices but the service was fantastic. Breakfast was fine, I would personally like to change up the buffet daily. The swimming pool was grand, you definitely needed time to go early to get the better deck pool. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, my only issue was the sliding door for the balcony wouldn't shut, Another annoying thing was the evening bar staff taking forever getting 1 order. I could wait over 20 mins for a cocktail or ice cream. I would stay here again for the location and I would recommend it.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, and the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, the spacious lounge and well-designed reception area set the tone for a comfortable and well-managed stay. The ambience was warm and welcoming, offering a sense of space and calm that’s rare to find. The front desk and welcome staff were outstanding – professional, courteous, and genuinely hospitable. This high standard of service was consistently reflected across all departments. Though the room size was slightly smaller compared to other hotels, the in-room amenities and comfort more than made up for it. The internet speed was excellent – fast and reliable throughout my stay, which was a huge plus. The in-house restaurant was spacious, and the breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety that would take couple of days to even sample fully. One small issue I had with the room intercom was promptly resolved, and to my surprise, I received a thoughtful gesture – a box of sweets – as an apology. That moment truly highlighted their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, service, and attention to detail all under one roof. A must-visit!

This hotel is a great value and hidden gem. Good price for a nice, clean, hotel away from the noisy busy streets but not too far. Staff is all terrific and professional. Especially enjoyed the experience in their bistro where we were served by Pai. He made a terrific recommendation on a Thai dish with chicken, rice, vegetables, and nuts stir fried. Absolutely delicious. With this type of service, I will not only be back but also recommend this accommodation to everyone I know!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Not only are the rooms always clean and the bed is so soft and comfortable. Most hotel beds are a little firm but their beds are phenomenal. I loved all the staff, but the one that stood out to me was Kee. She was always greeting me with a big smile. I’ll definitely be back again. If you’re looking for an excellent 4 star hotel, look no further.
