Three storey hotel at shoplot area. First floor for family room, second and third floor no lift need climb stairs. Stayed at windowless double room on third floor for rm95 per night, room is clean and provided two pillow for each person, local tv channel, cold aircond, soap, bottled water and water heater with pump. Only drawback is no lift (stairs only) and reception closed 12am untill 5am, make sure to call early if check in late.

Belum check out, barang dah kena hantar ke luar. We arrived at less than 12 o'clock to check out but our stuff were already outside and the mattress in the room had been replaced. Bad service, less attitude. I paid for this room and what did i get? the mattress was wet because the room was damp. Not recommend

hotel management is not good. The hotel had already paid via Agoda but after they were about to check out they were informed that the hotel had not been paid. Don't let anyone stay at this hotel, it's not clear

Dissappointed. Poor management. We need to change room at midnight due to careless in management. We were outside when we got a call from the staff rushing us to go back to the hotel and pack our bag because they gave us the wrong room. They want enter room and pack by them but we refuse.  So annoying and no appologies from them.

The only problem when I and my family stay at this hotel are the water supply suddenly cut off while taking shower. Very disappointing. It takes a long time for the plumber to fix the problem. Overall, the hotel was very clean and suitable for someone who want to find a budget hotel. And one more things, if you guys have any of disabled family member who are using wheelchair, this hotel is not suitable for them because there is no lift.
