Hopewell is definitely worth to stay in HK! 👏 I love the location 📍it’s very close to the MTR and convenient for getting everywhere. A special thanks to Michael at the front desk, who gave me many great suggestions and was always patient with a big smile. He made my stay at Hopewell even more memorable. From the concierge staff to the front desk employees at 18 F, everyone has been excellent—especially Michael at the front desk, who was very attentive. However, a female staff member with her hair tied in a ponytail at the lobby café was quite poor in service, which was extremely off-putting and affected the overall quality. The hotel bed was very comfortable, though the pillows were too soft. The room had great lighting. This was my second time staying at this hotel.

The hotel is new and clean. It is convenient to go from the wanchai and admiralty mtr station. There is a shopping mall under the hotel, where you can dine and buy grocery. We came here to celebrate birthday. The staff kindly gave us a birthday cake and arranged late check out for us. The overall service was great. Our room was on the upper floor facing to the Mountain View. It was spacious. The room appliances were up to date. Netflix and YouTube can be casted on the TV with chromecast. There was also a domestic water dispenser. The pool was small and the sunshine will be blocked in the afternoon, but it was a good place to relax and read.
