The hotel itself is nice clean and well designed but their room service need some improvement. They don’t provide water bottles and its only warm water. Location is good and there is bus every 10 minutes to Disneyland which is convenience .

This is our fourth time staying at this hotel — we just can’t resist coming back! Our 5- year-old absolutely loves it here. This time, we stayed in the Frozen Suite, which was a wonderful experience. We were also lucky to meet several Disney characters right at the hotel, including Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Donald, and Goofy — such a delight for both kids and adults! A special thanks to the amazing staff on the 7th floor — everyone was so kind and welcoming. Thank you again for another unforgettable stay!

Shuttle bus is provided in 10-15 minutes, quite convenient Room is considered big (given its Hong Kong). Comfy bed and pillow. Just remember to bring your toothpaste or else it will cost you Hk $40 per one!

Friendly and family cozy hotel. Very good location and staff were very friendly. Lots of indoor events for children and good hotel facilities in general.
