This place is really awesome. We were fortunate to get upgraded and the suites were very nice. They have heated bathroom floor so waking up every morning to get ready was delightful. The lighting system is a little bit confusing because all the control is centrally located at the night stand but if you play with it enough, you will figure it out. The hotel also has tons of restaurant and shops nearby. It's a very lively neighborhood. The hotel is located in an alley so it might be hard to find. If you're taking an taxi, show the driver NC department store (Seoymeon branch), and then the hotel is in the alley right across the entrance.

Small basic reception, but nice friendly staff. Quite easy to find, if you do a bit of research. Make sure you take exit 6 from the metro. Then a 5min walk. Rooms are nice and spacious. Everything provided. Sink is next to the bed and not in the bathroom. But you get used to that. Free coffee in reception, and free soft drinks provided every day in the room. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops in the area. Good location. Easy to get to most places with the nearby metro.

We really enjoyed our stay here, especially for the value! The rooms were big and clean, the bathrooms were awesome! The reception was great and could speak and help out in English, same with breakfast staff! The lobby coffee and candies were awesome too! I will warn the bed was not the most comfortable for western standards, but we are used to it traveling through Asia. The location was great very near the metro shopping restaurants and bars!

This hotel is in a great location. Tons of restaurants and bars around. It has potential to be great, but just a few things to improve. The bed was really firm, which is common for Asia. Room was very clean
