Just returned from a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Resort in Phuket and couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, welcoming, and professional. A special thanks to Lahiru and Dain , who was very friendly and really made our stay memorable. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor stood out. And we’re especially grateful for the room upgrade—what a lovely surprise! It truly elevated our entire trip. The resort itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfectly located. Whether you’re lounging by the pool or heading out to explore Patong, everything is super convenient. We’ll definitely be back!

I could not recommend this hotel enough. The staff are absolutely wonderful as are the management. They made us feel very welcome and greeted us everytime they saw us around. 10 minute walk into the town and in a very quiet location. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. We only used one pool by the main entrance and it was maintained well and cleaned daily. I would definitely recommend this hotel and if I ever return to Phuket, I wouldn’t even look elsewhere and book this one straight away. I would also like to say thank you to Alexander. He was always so pleasant and helpful with local recommendations and advice.

Found the staff very friendly and helpful. Great location with beach just across the road. Lovely rooms, clean, spacious and inviting. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly, lovely and welcoming throughout my stay. Qis was especially helpful and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast meals created a warm, inviting ambiance. The only issue was with the toilet, which needed refilling in the bowl every few days. Despite that, I recommend the Holiday Inn for your next trip.
