Great hotel. Rooms are a little small (perhaps expected deep within a city), but have modern and clean interior and a comfortable bed. Staff was friendly (not always the case in SG). Especially friendly the lady who cleaned our room. I liked the breakfast as well: it has the things you would expect (english breakfast), but also some south east asian variety items. Finally, it's a good location with easy bus & metro access.

Highly recommended. Had a lovely stay. Very clean and tidy rooms. Staff very professional and helpful. All together had a pleasant and a wonderful stay in Holiday Inn Express. Singapore has been amazing in every way. The food is amazing also so many places to explore.

We stayed here for 5days. The room was quite small but functional. Breakfast is good. The location is very accessible and the bus stop is just at the front. Room attendant, Kim, cleaned our room very well. I always see her in the corridor greet while smiling. She gives positive energy.

I was on a business trip to Singapore and stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Here’s a summary of my experience: Pros: 1. The staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. 2. The rooms were clean, well-lit, and equipped with modern amenities, including in-suite bathrooms. 3. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. 4. The hotel is conveniently located, offering easy access to almost every part of the city. Cons: 1. The hotel lacks a full kitchen, so lunch and dinner options were not available. 2. The breakfast selection was average, with a limited variety of items. 3. The room was quite small and didn’t include a cupboard or wardrobe for storing clothes. 4. The gym on the 2nd floor was cramped, with only one working treadmill (the other was out of order), a stationary bike, and a few dumbbells. Overall, my stay was comfortable, though it could have been better if these shortcomings were addressed.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The location is very strategic—close to Little India, Mustafa Centre, and there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with huge windows in the room that let in plenty of natural light. Bonus point: there’s a bidet! I’ll definitely be staying here again!
