I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn! The hotel itself is lovely — the staff and service were excellent, and the location is perfect, close to all the main attractions. The food and rooms were also fantastic. I would especially like to mention Serene. She was incredibly kind, polite, and genuinely sweet. Every morning, I had the pleasure of seeing her, and she was always there to help with anything I needed. We formed a lovely connection, and her warmth and care truly made my stay even more special. Thank you so much, Serene, for your exceptional service and the love you put into your work. You’re truly a gem!

We had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn. The location was excellent—just a short walk to Chinatown and with quick, easy access to the metro. It was also around 1.5 miles from Marina Bay, so we ended up walking quite a bit during our trip, which was a great way to see the city. The surrounding area is lovely, with plenty of great bars nearby in Clarke Quay. The reception staff were brilliant—so friendly and welcoming. One thing that really stood out was the air conditioning in the hotel. The moment you walk in, you’re hit with a refreshing blast of cool air, which is an absolute lifesaver in the Singapore heat! We also used the swimming pool a few times and were really impressed with both the pool and the stunning views it offered.

Awesome hotel. Not too busy and hectic. Room clean and perfect. Loved it. Had breakfast each day included. The staff were wonderful especially a lady named Serene. She helped me find where the locals eat and was so friendly. Thank you Serene

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Clarke Quay Singapore and had the pleasure of dining at their buffet restaurant several times. May, who works there, made every visit extra special! She was warm, attentive, and always made sure that I felt welcome. Her friendly demeanor and genuine smile brightened up my mornings. I truly appreciated how she checked in regularly to see if I needed anything and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.
