I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express Queens - Maspeth! The hotel was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out a breeze. My room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities for a great night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, with plenty of options to start the day. The location is convenient, with easy access to Manhattan and surrounding areas. Plus, the free parking is a huge bonus! I would definitely stay here again.

In spite of other reviews.. this did not appear to be a homeless shelter. Lol. Very clean and organised. The staff was friendly and smiling. The view from the room is nothing great but there was a sandwich shop, chinese food, restaurant and gas station next door. The breakfast buffet was better than average. Plenty of choices to choose from. The gym was underwhelming but had dumbell rack a bench and a few treadmills. Enough to get in a workout. Everything was clean. One of the elevators was out of service. Overall I would stay here again.

A friend booked this hotel for me and I must say I was very pleasantly surprised… The people at the desk, Melissa, Christian, and Jes were extremely helpful. It’s always nice to go someplace that you don’t know and you’re treated with smiles, generosity, and helpfulness. I would definitely go back to this hotel!!

Great hotel overall. The front desk woman that works in the morning is phenomenal. Food was above standard for a Holiday Inn. My room was on the back of the building so you could hear traffic through the window and the ac unit was loud all night trying to keep up as it was 91 degrees the day I stayed. Good food choices within walking distance.
