Exceptional stay at the hotel, great location, breakfast, polite staff, decent gym, no swimming pool. Been a member with IHG group for a while and have never been disappointed. I plan to stay mainly with IHG as they also offer late checkouts and have been more accommodating as compared to other hotels at a reasonable price which adds to peace of mind. Definitely worth staying here, no complaints!

The Holiday Inn's central location was ideal; convenient public bus transportation from the airport stopped just two blocks away. The hotel staff provided excellent and accommodating service, and the rooms were clean and functional. The surrounding area offered numerous attractions. The overall experience was highly satisfactory.

Great location, the rooms were relatively clean. There was splashes of brown stuff on our wall that we ended up cleaning ourselves and they said the breakfast on Weekends ends at 10:30am but it actually ends at 10am and the gym is missing the other 4kg dumbbell, which was disappointing. Aside from that, everything else was good, the staff were nice and beds were clean.

The room space is large, great city views, mostly clean. Toilet amenities are available only upon request. Pillows are heavenly. The lobby and reception is at Level 2. The staff service is friendly, always up for a conversation, very helpful team members, cleanliness to lobby toilet is not always the best. Large spaces in lobby lounge for groups. Breakfast spread is standard buffet and sufficient but wouldn’t say it’s amazingly divine. Location is super convenient, near train station m, tram stop, and walkable to anywhere. Lots of cafés around. For this price point, I’m satisfied and would return.
