Room - great aircon, clean, comfy comfy bed! Dove hand wash, Dove shampoo and shower cream. Location - 15 min walk to O2, pleasant walk, felt safe coming back too. Service - super polite and helpful, lovely young lady on Reception Thursday afternoon. Only downside was breakfast finished at 09.30, not making that street partying hard at the O2 the night before. Definitely recommend for a stop over. Thank you.

Not a bad hotel, clean, well equipped with bedside lights, body wash, iron and TV. Air con worked and staff were polite. Location ok if you don't mind getting an Uber which are very quick to arrive and with the new tunnel, fees are sub £10 to get somewhere in 10 minutes that would take 40 +minutes walking to the tube and catching 2 trains.

Overall very decent hotel for London. Very close to O2, Greenwich, and easily accessible by car. Good breakfast. Rooms are a bit small for European standard. Very quiet.

The rooms are getting a bit tired. Check in takes a while but the staff were pleasant. Frustratingly, you have to pay for parking using a separate website, this can't be paid with reception or added to your invoice. This hotel used to have air-conditioning but it appears that this is now defunct, and the windows only a small amount, making for a hot and uncomfortable room. The staff are friendly enough and the 24h pizza is always appreciated after a gone midnight finish. Value for money? Yes breakfast is included, but, there's plenty of cheaper and arguably better options in the area.
