I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn! The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. The hotel itself was well-maintained and provided a welcoming atmosphere. A special mention goes to Lebechi, one of the staff members, who truly made our experience even better. Not only was he extremely helpful with all our needs, but he also had a warm and friendly smile that made us feel right at home. His kindness and professionalism were much appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this Holiday Inn and would definitely stay here again!

A very positive experience. This hotel is exceptionally clean in all areas. A great choice of hot and cold food for breakfast. Kamran and all the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We had a quite room on the first floor which had a very comfortable bed and very spacious shower. Great location next to Royal Albert DLR train station with easy connection to city. Would definitely recommend.

Booked for an overnight stay between working shifts nearby. Nice double room with a sofa and table. Could have done with a chair as the sofa was lower than the table. Great shower. Good varied buffet breakfast, the only down side for me was the lack of porridge or muesli and no brown sauce for the cooked breakfast.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and overall, it was a great experience. The staff were very friendly, and the entire place was exceptionally clean. However, I did find the rooms to be quite small, and they don’t have windows. The air conditioning isn’t the most effective, but if you speak to reception, they can manually adjust the room temperature and airflow for you. Aside from that, everything else was very good. The breakfast was decent—just don’t expect too much, as it’s a 3-star hotel offering a basic morning selection. That said, in terms of decor and service, it feels more like a 4- to 5-star hotel. So far, a very positive stay.
