I needed a one-night stay in King of Prussia for work and tried this hotel. Overall I was satisfied with my stay and I would stay here again. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was hot, and breakfast was tasty. I couldn't go 5 stars though as there were many noticeable housekeeping and maintenance items that should've been addressed; like a torn shower curtain, loose shower head, lack of floor cleaning in the breakfast area, and a random toilet brush laying in the elevator. I would suggest revisiting the overall property management protocol for this property to be 5 stars.

I drive an entertainer coach for a living and it isn’t always easy to find a hotel with a lot that can accommodate a vehicle that needs 60 feet - this location absolutely has that and it is easy to get in and out of. Right before my current stay I had emergency surgery and couldn’t wait to get here and out of the bus; Erika took exceptional care of me sorting all the details so I could get settled and relax and focus on recovery from my dental surgery. I stay here every time we have an off day before or after performing in Philly and I cannot recommend this location enough. They do truly care here and do their absolute best to accommodate your needs!

Great staff, perfect location close to many stores and the mall. Tyler the front desk Manager is professional and friendly. I had couple of concerns and he took care of them right away. I definitely will be staying, I would encourage anyone traveling especially for work to stay at this location.
