If you want to visit Legoland the location is excellent. The room we stayed was run independent of the building management. So when problem crops up the building management will wash their hands. The key is how well the unit is maintained regularly. While the unit was generally clean, we found the washing machine area was not well kept with cigarette butts collected at the balcony. We also encountered roaches in one of the bathrooms and had to buy a spray can to kill them. The hot water in the bathroom was rather limited. It was advertised as a theme unit. None of the theme was found in the unit. We were locked out and had to wait for more than half an hour for a technician to turn up. If you are willing to compromise on this, then you may be attracted by the cheaper rate offered.

The rooms were adequate, although a bit on the worn out side. However, for its price and the proximity of the location to Legoland, it's actually a pretty decent deal. 7-eleven and a convenience store just outside, Mall of Medini (Starbucks, Burger King, Subway, a grocery store with a small food court inside, The Chicken Rice Shop, Shihlin Street Snacks) just across the road, and at the other end of Mall of Medini is the entrance to Legoland. So, it's the perfect place to stay for your Legoland trip. There was a washing machine and some detergent powder left for us to use, which was more than enough for our 3-day stay. We were able to wash clothes daily, which was necessary since we were traveling with 5 kids all under 12. There was also a microwave, cooking stove with some pots, but with only 2 cups and about 3 glasses. There was Netflix on TV. Overall, a good price for the size of the room and the facilities.

A decent deal. Well u get what u payed for. Room isnt cleaned well especially the beds. Full of dusts. Smelly bathrooms Equipped with washing machine, but no dryer. Basic kitchen appliances. Fridge is very clean. Syukur. Noisy. There’s like no walls between u and and the people above. Like i said, u get what u paid for
