We had a great stay at HM Grand Central. The beds and pillows were VERY comfortable and the AC throughout the room and building was fantastic - which was great because it was 40° C during our stay. The bathroom was large and modern, and front desk staff were friendly. Rooftop pool and bar area were very nice as well.

The hotel was perfect. Well located, quiet and a great offering. The room was very quiet with a super king bed ( so comfortable) large bath and shower. We were greeted with a welcome drink ( cocktail ) on the Skybar level that overlooks the city. Below was swimming pool, spa and steam room. This is the perfect hotel and at great value for money. Highly recommend.

Once we had arrived we received a cold towel and a can of coke which was a lovely touch. Make sure to have $50 handy for the deposit, this needs to be cash. We were shown our room and how to function the air con etc.. by the bellboy. Big bed, lovely bathroom, fridge and safe, we had problems with our safe but it worked in the end. The hotel has a rooftop pool with comfy sunbeds and has 4 jacuzzi’s, and a steam room with access to purchase drinks. The location is ok, we chose to use grab frequently to get around and the price of this was between $0.90-$1.80. City attractions are within walking distance though. We did not have breakfast so cannot review this, the price was $10.70 for one person! Overall it was a pleasant stay at HM grand hotel.

The location is perfect, the room is what you can expect from a 4 star hotel. But the staff can be more flexible and helpful and kind. The breakfast is not worth it for 10$

What a BEAUTIFUL hotel! Very close to the Royal Palace and walking distance from the river! Or it’s only $2 to get a ride to the shopping areas by the river. The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable and everyone here is very friendly! WiFi works great, swimming pool, rooftop bar, workout room, free massage too! All for a very good price! I will be in Phnom Penh next week and will stay here again! THANK YOU for all the good service and help! The breakfast buffet is AMAZING! If you stay here pay the extra few dollars for a wonderful breakfast!
