My husband Gurdev and I had a truly wonderful 2-night stay at Hilton Xi’an. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. A special thank you to Karl and Justin, who were especially helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Karl went above and beyond by personally coming up to our room to help us connect with Trip.com over the phone—such thoughtful service made us feel truly cared for. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was spacious, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable. It really added a touch of luxury to our stay. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering an impressive variety of dishes. I was especially grateful to the staff for accommodating my dietary preference by arranging for fresh vegetarian noodles to be prepared—much appreciated! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Hilton Xi’an and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable.

Great location within the historic city wall. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and shops and the area is very walkable. A truly urban hotel. Highly recommend. The staff were friendly and courteous. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent (but very expensive) hotel in the bustling centre of Xi'an, about 400 metres from the city walls and the night market. Comfortable rooms, excellent food (but buffet restaurant can get very busy).

We booked a king bed guest room and it was a decent medium size. There was a seperate bathtub and shower and toilet and the bathtub viewed the room through glass which was nice. Breakfast was a good range of foods. Worth bringing your own english tea bags though. Staff are lovely and friendly. Location was ideal it was a short walk to the yonxingfang where theres lots of food stalls and markets. The taxi to muslim quarter/bell tower was also super cheap from this hotel. Lots of maddage/dpas nearby that can even send massures to your room for £20pp.

A nice stay at Hilton Xi’an. The rooms were large and quiet. As Hilton Gold members, we got upgraded to executive room from our basic room we booked. Staff was very nice. Location was OK (both metro stations are around 10 minutes away, so not very close), however Didi is easy to use. Overall would recommend this Hotel for anyone looking to stay in Xian.
