We had a great stay - our room was clean, spacious and had a reasonably nice view. The staff are nice. The only thing to improve is breakfast coffee - it is not drinkable (I am adding a photo of a so called cappuccino).

I've stayed here twice, the staff was always friendly and helpful. Special thank you to Janice for recognizing my wife's birthday with wishes and fruit plate. The location was good for us to visit malls, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet also. Hopefully we will be back for another stay. Thank you

Considering the price I find the hotel is high price and could use some renovation. Furniture and walls have lots of scratches and rooms feel a bit dated. The beds are very comfortable as usual with Hilton. The office chair could be a bit better. The desk is a bit too narrow. The AC is a bit too noisy and unfortunately the AC only supports cooling but not heating.

Decent service. Room is small but acceptable for the price. Carpet was worn. Don’t hear the street noise from the high floor but I was able to hear the people in the room next to mine talking very clearly. Luckily it was only for the first night. Pillows are very flat and uncomfortable. Location not ideal for tourist unless they plan on doing a lot of shopping at mongkok.
