We had a quick one night transit stopover and got 2 adjoining rooms on level 1. Rooms were clean, fresh and spacious. We had a restful night's sleep as the surroundings were quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was available by 6.30pm with ample variety and choices including a live egg station. Wait staff at the cafe were friendly and helpful. The same cannot be said of the lobby staff, who completely ignored my family (2 adults and 2 young kids) from the time we got out of our cab with our luggage and even after we got our room cards still did not come over to help with moving our things to our room.

We experienced a comfortable stay at Hilton. The location was ideal if you're to catch an early morning flight, being just a stone's throw away from the airport. Our room was clean, spacious, and featured comfortable beds and pillows, which were slightly firm. The sheets and towels were clean, comfortable, and free of odours. However, we noted the absence of hand towels in the toilet, leading to wasteful tissue usage. The hotel provided tailored toiletries, which had a pleasant scent. Service was impeccable, with staff being courteous and assertive. The breakfast spread was delightful, and we valued the option for children to dine at half price, considering our child's limited appetite. At a price of less than SGD 100, we found it to be a worthwhile stay.

This hotel is good for an overnight stay if you have an early am flight. Very close to the airport. Staff is what makes this hotel worth staying in. I want to especially thank Jinna at reception who went out of his way to find me a room replacement, when the room I was originally given had a gas smell! He showed me 2 rooms and made sure I was comfortable even though I was staying for a night. He could have easily claimed that the hotel was full and not made an effort. I was very grateful for his care and attention. Thank you.

A great stay when arriving late or leaving early from airport. We were lucky to get an earlier check in. The pool was fabulous. Room was spectacular for the price. Air con was on for arrival. Happy hour and cocktails around the pool for the afternoon before our flight the next morning. Easy 10 min walk to airport. Would highly recommend.

Amazing room, best i experienced in bali. A nice no fuss hotel with everything working even though its not the best. Even though hotel is old, they maintained it well. Gym equipment needs to be maintained. Currently the bench is unstable and dangerous. I recommend to give food a miss and venture out to find better food at cheaper price.
