Everything about this hotel was perfect! We got in late but the hotel concierge checked us in fast, provided with 2 bottle of every day. The lobby was elegant and chill, with Christmas decorations. The book room was so pretty too! The room gave me such a luxurious vibe! Bright but private! The room equipped with everything we needed for the vacation time in NYC. The service was fast. Elevator was also fast as well. 1 min walking to Central Park. We enjoy our morning walks while staying in NYC. I love everything about this hotel. Can’t wait to be back!

My stay at The Quin was satisfactory overall. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, which I appreciated. However, I had to be moved to a different room upon check-in, as the original room had not been properly cleaned. Additionally, one of the elevators was not functioning reliably during my stay. While the location is very convenient to my office, I felt the hotel did not fully live up to its reputation and seems somewhat overrated.

My wife & I stay here every time we come to NYC and will be doing so for a long time. It’s a very nice hotel with a great restaurant, ‘The Acadia’ on the 1st floor corner. We loved the bar area for meals.?
