I had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Our stay at Heritance Kandalama was truly unforgettable. Surrounded by breathtaking nature, the atmosphere was peaceful and magical — words simply can’t do justice to the beauty of the setting. From the moment we arrived, the staff gave us a warm and friendly welcome. They went above and beyond to arrange one of the most beautiful and attractive rooms for us, which we truly appreciated. The room was clean, fresh, and filled with a sweet, calming ambiance. The meals were delicious and the service throughout our stay was superb. Every member of the staff was courteous, helpful, and genuinely kind. If you’re looking for a serene escape into nature with exceptional hospitality, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended!

Superb experience , we celebrated our anniversary and my birthday as well, calm and quiet place with time away for relaxing from busy life. Truly remarkable hospitality, food and dining experience was top notch. Definitely will come back for this experience , one day is not enough to fully experience this wonderful place. Its not a hotel, it is home away from home ????

We stayed at Heritance Kandalama in October 2024, and it was a truly unique and relaxing experience. The hotel is beautifully connected to nature, offering a peaceful environment that makes you feel refreshed and calm. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although we felt they could be a bit more spacious. However, the nature-friendly bathroom design added a special touch and blended perfectly with the overall concept of the hotel. We enjoyed delicious food during our stay, with a good variety and great taste. One of the highlights was our morning nature walk, where we had the chance to appreciate the serene surroundings and the beautiful lake view. The infinity pool and natural rock pool were both fantastic , peaceful, scenic, and ideal for relaxing. We also treated ourselves to a spa massage, which was an incredibly soothing and enjoyable experience. Overall, it was a wonderful getaway surrounded by nature, and we truly enjoyed every moment. Would definitely recommend Heritance Kandalama for those seeking a peaceful and eco-friendly retreat.
