The staff are lovely and helpful. The restaurant was great, the Tandoori Chicken Burger may have been the best burger I've had in my LIFE! The room was lovely, we were able to get accommodations upon check-in. The room was clean, shower had great pressure, no problems with the room whatsoever. The shuttle is very convenient, and if you need anything while in Auckland, I've found the staff to be absolutely amazing. The only problem we had, was it's a little tricky getting into the pool and hot tub if you have problems with your knee or back. If we come back to Auckland (and we definitely plan on it) we will absolutely be staying again!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The hotel was clean and tidy, our room was comfy and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Silly me had a medical emergency early in the morning of the day we were to check out and required a ride to the hospital in an ambulance. Staff were super helpful, and very caring, checking in with my family many times throughout the day and allowed us to stay on an extra night to allow me to recover. We would 100% recommend Heartland Hotel and will be staying here again next time we fly.

Lovely, clean, and tidy rooms. Reception staff greeted me with a warm welcome. Lovely dining room, menu. Very friendly restaurant and bar staff. Great shuttle service to and from the airport. It's really handy being able to park my car in their long-term car parking while away as well. I'll definitely continue staying at The Heartland Hotel when I travel again

Perfect place to stay! Been here twice now and each time we had excellent service and attention to detail. Staff very professional and friendly. Helpful. Goes the extra mile. I will recommend to all my friends and family.

We have stayed here on a number of occasions and find that its proximity to the airport, shuttle service and car parking make for a hassle-free event when catching early flights. With one exception (we had no hot water) we have always been pleased with our choice.
