Found a jewel in mataram. for its price bracket, this one is a rarity. clean, tidy, bright and wide room. even bed size for double is wider than its competitor. so spacious, if you're a muslim you pray anywhere. commendable cleanliness and bright rooms. friendly staff, decent breakfast choice. clean bathroom with working hot water and shower. area to improve: bigger bottle on shampoo and bath gel?? not all of us carry our own shampoo and soap.... if you want loyal returning customers, maybe a membership program is needed. replying with whatsapp number for corporate rate is also appreciated.

I had actually requested a non-smoking room, but perhaps there was some miscommunication or an oversight by the staff, so my room was given to another group. I accepted the offer to move to a smoking room since it was already quite late at night when I arrived for checked in. Anyway, thank you so much to the hospitality of the crew who assisted me that evening, You doing good, I truly appreciate it.
