I stayed at Harris Hotel during the Christmas holiday, and it was very crowded. I like this hotel because they maintain the same price for both normal and peak days, so there’s no need to worry about overpricing like some other hotels. The lobby isn’t very spacious but still comfortable, and the front office staff were very helpful. The room is relatively small but clean and well-furnished, so it doesn’t feel cramped. I didn’t have time to try the other facilities, but the hotel’s strategic location was a big plus—I could walk to Suck My Duck for lunch. The breakfast offered plenty of options, though the taste was just average. Overall, staying here was definitely worth it.

Had a 2 night stay here. Service is excellent. We had smoke free room. The room were ok but sometimes the hallways to the room smelled like smoke. Breakfasts had great variety. Pool area was nice also. Overall enjoyed my stay here

The room is very nice, they made use for every space. The view was also nice The service is good The location was strategic there was indomaret nearby, cafe, and other food places There was also a kid play area, pool, and gym I would come here again.

I had a fantastic stay! The room design is modern and elegant — very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. I also want to highlight how friendly and helpful the staff were throughout my stay; they made me feel so welcome. The food was another highlight — every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Truly a great experience from start to finish!

Always like visiting here. Rooms are clean, no smell, breakfast is great! However, I feel slightly annoyed with reception this visit. Twice we had problems with our room card and I feel it was their fault. First, are card would not work in the lifts with our room floor, it worked with any other room floor but ours in 3 lifts. After getting lost in the lifts for some time, we had to return to reception with our bags etc, only to be told we could only take specific lifts. This should have been made clear before wasting our time. Second, we arrived back to the room to collect our bags 10 minutes late. They had already switched off our door key, they had disabled our room key before trying to contact us. We tried to open with staff on the floor, but they could not. Only several minutes later did they bother trying to message us, we were already making that long trip to reception once again for no good reason. EDIT: Thank you for your swift reply!
