Stayed at Harris for celebrating my anniversary. And it was an amazing experience. The staff make our special day unforgettable. When we entered the room, we were greeted with beautifully crafted goose towels on the bed, an anniversary cake that was both delicious and elegantly presented, and a lovely surprise on the mirror—a stunning "Happy Anniversary" design painted with such creativity and care. The attention to detail was remarkable and made us feel so special. The room itself was immaculate, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The ambiance was warm and romantic, exactly what we hoped for on our special day. Beyond the room, the hotel facilities were excellent, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive. The location was convenient yet quiet, ensuring a peaceful getaway. Oh and the Harris Move is quiet fun tho even the staff seems like sick of doing it everyday haha This was an anniversary we’ll never forget, thanks to the exceptional hospitality and thoughtful touches provided by Harris Hotel. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and personalized experience. As expected, hotel that managed by Tauzia is the best!

I had an excellent experience staying at Harris Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly. The breakfast menu was great, offering a variety of delicious options that changed daily during my two-day stay ? The facilities were good as well—I enjoyed using the gym ? and swimming pool ?‍♂️, both are clean and well-maintained. They also got me—a birthday cake—which truly made my stay feel special ?

Totally enjoyed my stay. Clean rooms and service prompt and friendly. Just that the location is a little in between where I want to go. Nonetheless, it was easy to get Grab or Gojek rides. Will be back to stay in the future.

Hotel rooms are very clean, staff very kind supporting, couple friendly, ambiance is good. Overall best option to stay in Surabaya for family trip as well as business trip.

It was very nice to stay here even though was only for a night, we really enjoyed it. The rooms and the pool were very clean. I really like a clean hotel. Maybe next time we can try the food menu.
