I had a truly satisfying stay at Harris Hotel Batam Center. The location is perfect—right across from the Batam Center ferry terminal and close to shopping centers, making it very convenient to get around the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern, with a relaxing view of the sea. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, catering to a wide range of tastes. I really enjoyed the cheerful and vibrant atmosphere of the hotel—it made the whole stay even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely come back when visiting Batam again!

I was at Harris Batam Centre with my friend from 1st to 3rd May 2025 for a short break. Pleasantly surprised by the attentively and politeness by the staff. The room and environment was very clean. The hotel had very good breakfast spread too. The hotel is conveniently situated with a mall eateries nearby. A special thanks to to Ms Trestha for her hospitality towards us. She was very patient and thoughtful to us. I noticed that she showed genuine concern to other customers too. Thanks for making our stay a memorable one!

The amenities were top-notch — I especially enjoyed the modern fitness center and the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. The hotel’s location is perfect, close to major attractions and easy to access transportation. Overall, Harris Hotel exceeded my expectations with its high standards of service, cleanliness, and comfort. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again!

Overall, it was a comfortable stay during my trips to Batam. The hotel location is right next to the Batam Centre ferry terminal. We purchased a triple package, which was perfect for our group of three. The room was clean and well-maintained. One area for improvement would be to have more electrical outlets available. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a variety of options, providing us with good choices. There is a free shuttle bus to the Batam Centre ferry terminal. It’s a great choice for accommodation in Batam, and I would recommend it to my friends.

The room are clean and wroth the price . Staffs are very polite,friendly and very fast responsible. There are many choice for breakfast . Higher recommend to choose to stay in this hotel if u are looking for stay near to Batam ferry center. BTW, thank you for surprising me on my Birthday.. I hope to see u guys again ..
