Had the most wonderful stay here. Very good service, helping us the moment we reached the hotel. The staff here, especially Erik, was super helpful and cared to our everyday needs. The rooms were super comfortable and everything was neat and tidy. The breakfast buffet also had a really good menu with tasty dishes. The sky bar and the pool was also lovely. The location is also perfect with every attractions and hotels was just at a walkable distance. Overall i was very happy with my 3 day stay here and well worth the price we are paying. Surely coming back to stay here next time❤️

Our family came to stay in this hotel for 3 days & 2 nights. We did find here very comfortable n tasty food for us which is quite unlike it in Vietnam. Otherwise, food is a big trouble in Vietnam for vegetarians, also because it is not marked properly & most of their food has beef. They serve a wide range of exotic fruits n vegetables, a real delight for breakfast. Stay was super comfortable but they don't allow pets. Overall, it was a great experience with the hospitality n much care.

I recently stayed here with my family. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Jade made my daughter feel very comfortable and happy to see her every time we came back from a day trip. Eric went above and beyond to help us out as my daughter had a broken leg he organised her a pram/stroller and helped us up and down the stairs and always happy to carry any bags to the room with a friendly smile and a gift for my daughter. The room was cleaned daily fresh fruits brought in and fresh water. Would highly recommend this hotel for how friendly the staff are how clean it was and nice and close to everything you need added bonus for us is that they also speak very good English ?

The room itself was more like a business hotel. But the staff were great! Erik at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Staff at the breakfast were also great. Rooftop bar was not bad. But the staff forgot happy hour price.. so I had to double check the bill every time.
