Super value for money. Surprised by the welcome ice-cream during check-in. Fast and friendly staff manning the reception. Actual room exactly like how I booked via Agoda. Super spacious clean room with REAL fridge (not minibar), very big toilet (twice the size of most hotel at that price) with strong shower, good AC, comfortable bed (vs 99% of other hotels in Thailand which is super hard) and hair dryer provided in the room. Also self-service laundry within the premise. No lift but why not climb the stairs to burn off the calories from the delicious Thai food? Who needs 7-11 when Central Mall is just next door (3mins walk)? Walking distance to Greenway (9mins) and near to bus terminal (less than 10mins by car) Great value!!! Couldn’t ask for more.

This is a cozy boutique hotel just right opposite of Central Hat Yai Mall. However, it would be a bit far if wanna go to city centre by walking distance. They do provided free coffee and milk to make at the reception area. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful. I do asked for tourist spots in Hat Yai, the receptionist with short hair (sorry, I couldn’t get her name) even prepare a shortlist with her own handwriting to me, so warmth and touched.I encountered for my return pick up ticket to Satun Jetty. So fortunate I got their assistance and she even fetched to terminal bus and asked for new minivan details. So much thankful for them. Sawadeekap ?

Walking distance to Hatyai Central Festival. No lift.. luckily our room on 1st floor. No iron provided in the room. Can be used at the ground floor. Provide a kettle in the room but no mug. Can make coffee or milo at the lobby. All are free

Local businesses, very friendly and helpful, Good location next to Central Mall. Good value.
