Room is smelly due to improper drainage system. But overall, hotel is in a good location, even the TV for each room is smart Tv (can watch netflix), have a nice shower room

Good and clean hotel! Surprisingly nice! We booked a family room, and the soundproof is weak. But we are able to sleep through the night. The hospitality is good, they need to collect deposit RP100,000, overall the hotel is clean and nice.

Great hotels. Have new renovated rooms.. beautiful. Hot showers, Android TV, very cold Aircon.

Reception is very friendly and helpful. Near hotel has a lot of local food and restaurant. I will be back to this hotel when I will go to Batam next time.
