Good service. The female staffs are very good in English and even gave us a warm remind of the typhoon. We've been here in Vietnam for 9 days and the staffs here are the only ones who remind us. Thank you !!! About the location, this location is right at the centre of the city, it’s easy access to any travel spot, including Hoan Kiem Lake, Hanoi Train Street, Hanoi Military History Museum, St. Joseph's Cathedral, etc.

Very value for money and in an unbeatable location. The reviews on booking.com are reliable, this hotel really is as per advertised and is reliable. The rooms are simple yet comfortable. Service was incredible. They helped me to keep orders from Lazada and arranged our 2 way transport to Moc Chau at a very reasonable and good price

We only spent 1 day here but really had fun and got to rest well. The staffs were nice - shoutout to Flora! The location is really close to the places we visited and ate at so we were able to walk almost everywhere.

Every perfect location! Special for kind and flexible for the receptionist! They always be at lobby and support anything during stay there. A little small because Hanoi Old Quater limitation for square and others hotel as well as like that. Highly recommend for all tourists come and experience! Definitely comback against ❤️
