I stayed at this hotel during the Lunar New Year holiday and had a great experience. The location was perfect—most attractions in the Old Quarter were within walking distance. The room was a bit old but spacious and very clean. Breakfast was made to order, with a choice of Western or Vietnamese set meals, including coffee, juice, and dessert. The rooftop also had a great terrace. What really stood out was the amazing service. From the doorman and receptionist to the restaurant staff, everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Since many shops were closed for the holiday, it was not easy to find laundry service, but the hotel still managed to arrange it for me, which I really appreciated. The front desk staff also gave me useful travel tips, like the train schedule for Train Street, good places to buy souvenirs and any information I need. Their help made my trip even better. This was definitely one of the best experiences of my trip. Absolutely love this hotel.

Apart from the room size, I had no complaints about this hotel. The service was outstanding! Every staff member was kind and helpful, especially their manager, Jacke Le, who was incredibly hands-on and went above and beyond to help us book and organize our trip to Sapa. The food was excellent, served by a cheerful and attentive team. The location was also fantastic—right in the heart of the city, making everything easily accessible. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and well-managed stay!

Not a 10/10 but more !! Where to start ? The staff and the manager are just perfect. Very convenient, very thoughtful, always ready to help. Taking care of us with kindness. We’ve been travelling a lot, and this is a place that you leave being grateful and feeling that you were at the right place and thinking that a good experience in a hotel is part of your travel experience and not just a place to sleep in. Room, bed are perfect. But what make the experience incredible is the good service. I highly recommend you to stay here, especially if you need some informations, help to plan your trip, or if you just like a warm hello in the morning and a place where you feel kindness around and give you good vibe for the rest of your day ! Thanks again for the help with the airport taxi for my mother. Bless you !

A Fantastic Stay I spent a week at this hotel and it was absolutely wonderful! I stayed in the Junior Suite and it was a fantastic experience. The room was beautiful! I would like to give a big shout out to Jacki the manager, he was fantastic! Even before my trip he was so friendly and helpful and gave me tips on what to do in Hanoi and the surrounding area. Jacki and his team were so friendly and accommodating the whole time and were always there for me if I needed anything. I felt completely comfortable and safe during my time here and I am very grateful for that. The breakfast was also excellent - with a good selection of à la carte dishes and very attentive, friendly staff. The hotel is located right in the heart of the old town, so you can easily explore all the sights on foot. However, it's good to know that the area is very lively and therefore noisy. For me, that was part of the authentic experience. Many thanks to Jacki and the entire team for making my stay so wonderful !

We stayed here twice. Jackie was a fantastic host. Felt at home and all of the staff were incredible. Generous breakfast with lots of options. Will definitely stay here again anytime we are in Hanoi. Thank you again
