Excellent location, very polite and helpful personnel, with nice room and clean-up every day. We booked executive room-see video. The room was clean, bed nice to sleep on, hot water available any time. There is a breakfast menu list where you can order some of the available options, was good and sufficient as well, plus coffee and milk and fruits and bread-cake-cornflakes. On our last day we had to check out at 7:45 and quickly prepared our breakfast so we could eat something prior we leave. They also helped us with activities and transportation to NinhBinh and laundry services, at vnd40k per kg, which was so helpful! We received our clothes clean within the same day (gave them at 11:00 in the morning and took them around 18:00). Overall, great value for money at spacious location!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hanoi La Castela and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. At front desk Jennifer and Pii made me feel if I am a guest at their own home. Always above and beyond to guide for any in town visit or arranging a tour for me. Kudos to Jennifer and Pii for their exceptional welcoming attitude and service with smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities one could need. The hotel's location is perfect, situated close to major attractions , making it easy to explore the city. Being in Old Quarter Hanoi, building is little old, but still nicely maintained. Overall, I highly recommend Hanoi La Castela Hotel. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area.

Book the room with city view. It has a balcony. Breakfast have asian and western choices. Location is near to all cafes. Could have been perfect if the wifi was not weak

Centrally located within the old town, walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake, surrounded by shops, cafes and spas! Polite and helpful staff, but the breakfast was quite basic with limited choices, all relying on a single chef.
