The best hotel we’ve been to in Vietnam. The location is great, very nice breakfast and good rooms. But the best thing is the staff. Amazing service. They’re taking care for everything you need, from taxi and tours to making sure you’re doing good every morning. I highly recommend this hotel.

Centre Point Hanoi has an unbeatable location right in the heart of the Old Quarter – perfect for exploring the city on foot. What really made my stay special was the team: the staff are incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure everything is going smoothly. They also helped me arrange some amazing tours around Vietnam, all well-organized and full of local charm. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and authentic travel experiences!

Great address Great hotel with friendly staff, who are always willing to chat and offer help if you need anything. The rooms are well equipped and modern. The view at breakfast, which is a delicious buffet, on the 9th floor is very beautiful towards the lake. You can enjoy walking and exercising around this lake. There are many shops and restaurants nearby.

Nice family stay We stayed for 5 days in this hotel. Very nice for a couple with a child. The neighborhood is warm and friendly.we would recommend this hotel. The room is clean and a good breakfast. Good location. Everything can be done on foot Very close the lake
