Great Location, within walking distance to everything or a cheap $2-3 AUD Grab to anywhere of the main sites of Hanoi. Staff really make you feel welcome, opening the doors, providing a great chat, good selection for breakfast and local recommendations.. The room was huge, bathroom had very hot shower and the bed was amazing, you could literally fit the whole family on it. Cheap snacks if you get the nibbles. Close to Hanoi Night Markets, Great Coffee, Cheap Local Eats and Shopping… Even found a nice little chill area on the rooftop..

Love loved our stay at this hotel, the customer service was top notch! The most comfortable beds we've ever slept on. All rooms comes with beds literally like two doubles together - Huge!! Can fit 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 kids ( great if you have family) Best customer service - just little things like given us bottles of water and some bananas as we wait for our car to the airport. Location is perfect - right in the heart of the old quarter of Hanoi. Shops and the best bun mi and coconut and egg coffee's everywhere! I didn't want to leave. Walking distance to everything. Wouldn't need to go elsewhere in Hanoi. Will definitely come back with our kids next year. Thank you to the manager and staff looking after us ☺️☺️?

We had a lovely stay for our honeymoon. The room was spacious with a really comfy bed, breakfast was included and featured plenty of options, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. They even sorted us a room very efficiently after I got sick on what was meant to be our last day. The location is amazing with one of the best Banh Mi spots in town just around the corner. Staying here made seeing all Hanoi has to offer such a breeze!
