The most lovely host in Hanoi! Always friendly and helpful, even waited in the lobby until 3.30am for us to check in after our bus was delayed. Gave us discount and always had advice on the best places! The location is ideal, if slightly noisy in the mornings due to the market (but worth it to be immersed in the city as soon as you leave the hotel). The rooms are very clean and comfortable, can’t ask for more! No elevator which is common in the city - not a problem for us but bear it in mind if you can’t cope with steep steps or need disabled access.

Our Experience with Tien and the hotel was great! So great we came back two times! Great energy, super kind and helps you every time with whatever you need. We relied on him for many tours and many tips, and he never let us down! Plus it is a very central area but very calm at night, there are nice local restaurants around and it's walking distance from pretty much every attraction in Hanoi! The rooms are clean and quite big and with private bathroom and a/c. for whatever you need you just need to ask at the reception anytime. Great value for money!

This was the best place we stayed at in Hanoi. We arrived quite late because we came from the Ha Giang Loop and the owner was still waiting for us in the lobby so that we could get the key to our room. He was so sweet and supportive. Great neighbourhood, close to everything you need. Can only recommend this!

Great stay in Hanoi right in Old Quarter. We arrived very late at night coming back from the Ha Giang loop and the owner Tien made sure to stay up for us. He’s a very welcoming host and always made us feel welcome. We got a budget double room which had a lower ceiling but still pretty spacious. It was on the 4th floor though so bear in mind if you have a big suitcase maybe just leave it downstairs….

The location is right in the centre. We stayed in a room on the ground floor and it was really big and comfortable. Ac works great and the place is very clean. But what i love the most about this place is the owner!! He is so sweet and he makes sure that you have a great stay! He really makes our day. If you want to do your laundry, it is possible to do it at the hotel. I would definitely recommend!
