The staff is extremely helpful and friendly here! Rosie was very kind in helping us with our late check-in after a long flight, Chloe was great with giving us directions for things in the morning, and the breakfast staff were lovely. We had a great massage at the in-hotel spa, too! The architecture inside the hotel is beautiful and our room was clean. It’s not a particularly pretty location, but it’s very central to the Old Quarter and it’s easy to walk from here to much of the surrounding tourist destinations and shops.

Wonderful stay at the Hanoi Boutique. The location is excellent and the rooms are charming and comfortable, but what really makes this hotel special is the people working there. I have never before experienced such warm and friendly staff at a hotel. From the welcome information (which was very useful with it being our first time visiting Hanoi’s bustling streets) to the pleasant conversation complete with local tips each time we passed through the reception, Rosie and her team went out of their way to make our stay an absolute joy. We already look forward to staying here again on our next visit, and would like to express our gratitude once again for the hospitality. P.S. the breakfast (especially the coffee) was delicious!

Super recommended hotel. They help you with everything and are super accommodating. The rooms are very clean and the location is great since it is in the middle of the Old Quarter, so everything is reachable on foot. My boyfriend and I stayed there twice, once for 2 nights and the second time only for one night. After the first permanence, they asked us a feedback on the room and we mentioned that it could have been slightly bigger but that’s all. When we came back they gave us a bigger room based on that feedback without us asking for anything. It was a really nice surprise. Also, we were not super organized and they helped us with transportation to and from everywhere we needed (I mean 2-3 hours of traveling), even if we asked it the day before. Additionally, we booked a tour through them, during which there were a few misunderstandings. However, they were really willing to fix them asap and make everything as smooth as possible. Last but not least, everyone speaks English, which is really not granted in Vietnam so it’s great!

Really lovely relaxing stay. Staff were amazing and so attentive and eager to help, especially the staff at the front desk and during breakfast. Breakfast was such good quality and such a wide variety for a breakfast included in the price. Amazing stay highly recommend
