The hotel is in a very convenient location close to the MRT station, shopping and dining. The rooms are well appointed with a refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, safe, and large bathroom. More importantly, they also have a self serve washer/dryer laundry room which you pay with your room card( no need to search for coins). This is a great bonus for those who have longer stays. On this trip we stayed at Hanns House twice. At the end of our first stay we left a few pieces of luggage that we didn’t need for the next legs of our trip. We arrived back at Hanns House for the second stay late at night. We were very tired and we thought we still had to deal with our left luggage. To our pleasant surprise, Mr. Miles Lin, from the front desk, informed us that he had sent the left luggage to our room already. He also remembered that on the first stay we requested extra pillows and towels so he included the requests on our file! All the requested items were already in our room as well so we didn’t have to wait for the items to be delivered. Great job Miles, very impressive !

I've stayed at Hanns House multiple times in 2025 and it's always been a fantastic experience. The staff to over and above to make my stay a great one. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfy. It feels like a home away from home. All amenities are within close walking distance. I'm a runner and there are many options for me to get for a run in the city, along the river, up the mountains or on a track. Thanks Hanns House

Incredible hotel! The room which was so spacious and comfortable but the amazing staff who were so helpful during our short stay made it even more memorable. We will have many repeat visits to Taipei and Hanns House will definitely be a place worth staying again :) Absolutely recommended

Excellent service, easy check in, and a great area of town right by a popular station. The room design and amenities were top notch and modern (some may not like the aesthetic, but I prefer it to the the maximalist/color-overload rooms). Staff was very helpful, bilingual, and made our stay as easy as it gets -- always willing to call a cab or help out. Also includes a laundry floor (very easy to use w/ your hotel key, does require payment) and a good gym (with a squat rack!).

Overall all are great no matter location, service, and the room! I will definitely consider to revisit in the next Taiwan’s trip. I recommend everyone to order chief’s pick for your breakfast time if your reservation is included it. If you don’t, you can skip it. Breakfast out side hotel also has a lots of choices.
