A solid choice for a few night stay. The location is quite close to several malls and food places. There's not much facility in the hotel, but it's a good choice if you just need a place to rest.

Room at 1st floor, although it's a non smoking room but it does smell smoke. The restaurant is too loud when preparing breakfast in the early morning. Location is good

My first time stay batam Indonesia, Indeed a pleasant stay for few days vacation at batam. Rooms are very clean and they change your sheets Everyday. Shower is 24hr hot water and very hygiene. Best part is the complimentary breakfast which is quite refreshing and variety each day. Staff at the counter is very helpful and polite. Overall a perfect staycation at Hana hotel. Haven't had any bad experience to share, definitely will refer to other friends who visit batam next time

Location is good as it is near to the Pujabahari Market (to purchase local delicacies and bask in the market atmosphere) and Harbour Bay Jetty. It is also about 10mins drive/Gojek to Grand Batam Mall and the surrounding malls. Wifi was good. There’s a musky smell in the room when we check-in. But we’re prepared with some scented diffusers. Breakfast is simple as expected given the price you pay. Breakfast is served from 6-10am. We had a very delicious fried rice, spaghetti chicken cabonara, mixed veggies, potato wedges. Fruits served are watermelon and banana. There’s also ‘bubur kacang hijau’ (Mung Beans Sweet Porride) as dessert. If you’re in need of a last minute massage and everywhere else at Nagoya Hill is fully booked, you can check out Nawa Spa and Salon which is about 5-7min walking distance from the hotel. Totally underrated but don’t have high expectations.

Good location. Near to many eateries & massage places. Nearest shopping is Nagoya Hill mall that's within walking distance. My double room comes with a window that looks out to another building wall. Room is quiet & bed is comfortable. It has a safe, clothes hangars & hooks but no wardrobe. Good wifi & TV signal in room. Good water pressure in bathroom. A/C works well. Shower area is partially partitioned so minimizes wetting the whole bathroom. Most importantly no lingering cigarette smoke smell in room, as well as no sewage smell in bathroom. Cleanliness acceptable but can still improve in terms of dusty spots and stains on pillow case & bedsheet. Simple breakfast provided that's hearty & delicious. Last but not least the staff are helpful & friendly. Unexpected incident: On the 1st night, there were some Japanese guests (about 2-3 pax) talking & laughing loudly while having hard liquor at the dining area close to midnight, disrupting the peace & quiet at that hour. They quietened down a little only after requesting the front desk to ask them to lower their volume. The hotel management may take note to remind guests to lower their volume between certain hours (say 11pm-7am perhaps), so as to be considerate for the comfort of other guests.
