This was an amazing hotel to stay at. The services was awesome. Great detail to making this a great experience. The cookies were amazing. I love how the staff lightly tapped on my door to bring the cookies at night time. The hotel was close to everything food, train, bus stop right outside. Just perfect. Will be staying at same location from now on.

Only four stars because they are currently under renovation. All though we benefited from a newly renovated room, the room directly above us was being worked on. Loud drilling and hammers each morning starting at 8:30 going as late as 18:45. Even though we were gone most of the day it didn’t bother us too much except trying to siesta after a long day of walking. Otherwise this hotel lives up to the amazing H10 standards and would have been five stars. Also perfectly located to where almost all attractions are a 30-45 min walk.

We enjoyed our one night at H10 Waterloo. From check in, everything was seamless. The front desk staff were warm and helpful, our room was comfortable, clean and beautiful, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. We found the location to be very easy to get to/from main attractions/areas of the city on foot or using public transit. Would definitely return in the future!

This is a great location to all of the key sites in London. The rooms are nice but lacked a dresser with a few drawers to store clothes. Dail.y breakfast with our stay was a plus. The front desk staff are so sweet getting us checked in and holding our bags until our room was ready. The beds are large and comfortable. Can't beat the view from our rooftop bar.
