Overall great hotel. Friendly staff. Good location. Nice rooms. However the WiFi was not really working in my room (001) and I could not find a hair dryer in the morning. Either non existing or so well hidden

Great hotel. Prime location - central to everything, close to public transportation (RER and metro). Walk to the Seine a mere minutes away. Room spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Free bottled water, replenished each day. Each and every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, considerate and knowledgeable/helpful. Area felt very safe. The hotel graciously stored our luggage since we had an early arrival and late departure. We had a Triple Room / Deluxe Family Room (queen size bed which we asked to make into two single beds plus a sofa bed) which had more than enough room for our family of three.

The most outstanding location for a hotel in Paris - walking distance to so many great places and tucked away in a cute neighborhood with nice places to eat and drink. The staff at the front desk are incredibly helpful and reliable. In particular, Vajira helped one person who was traveling with me recover his passport that he left in Normandy by mistake. It turned what could have been a disaster into a manageable inconvenience for our group. I have stayed her at least a half dozen times when visiting Paris and am always impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. The bathrooms are spotless. Highly recommended!!!

The Hotel d’Orsay is an exceptional property with an exceptional staff. I can recommend it wholeheartedly. I learned of it from friends I trust and it did not disappoint. I would not hesitate to choose this hotel again and will recommend it to others.

I took a quick trip to Paris and discovered Hotel d’Orsay. I had a great experience. Fantastic location (close to everything but off the main streets so it is quiet). The staff was outstanding. They were very warm and personable. They had excellent restaurant recommendations and patient in explaining Metro ideas. The breakfast was very good. Rooms had great bathrooms and plenty of closet space. I would recommend this hotel.
