I recently stayed at Grandmas Plus Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The property has a busy, commercial vibe, which is quite different from the nearby homestays, but it offers its own unique charm on a busy street. One of the highlights is its prime location, right next to the beach and a variety of cafes, making it easy to enjoy the local scene. The room exhibited signs of wear and tear. The staff were attentive, always ready to assist with a smile, and I felt secure with the presence of on-site security. We were fortunate to snag a great deal during the low season, which made our stay even more enjoyable. While I think the hotel is perfect for solo travellers and couples looking for a lively atmosphere, I wouldn't recommend it for families, as the bustling environment might not be ideal for young children. However, we loved the nightly live music, which added a fun touch to our evenings. Overall, Grandmas Plus Hotel is a good choice for those seeking a vibrant stay close to the beach.

The location is great, just a couple minutes of walk you can find the beach, supermarkets, souvenir shops, restaurant, beauty salons and there’s a spa and a restaurant on-site. Basically in the middle of a very touristy area. The staff is always smiling and helpful. Rooms are just like the pictures, very very clean and they service them every day. Also have a safe and a little fridge with drinking water available. Our flight was late at night so we left our bags at reception and asked for a room to shower in and they provided this without charge. Overall its a good value for price

The location is perfect. Right by good restaurants, shopping, massage etc. For the price you pay you can't complain. The rooms are clean and toiletries also provided. Its pretty good for only a 2 star hotel. The beds and pillows are the most comfortable of all the cheap places I've stayed this trip. Had the best sleep. I also felt very safe staying alone here. They even send messages in whatsapp to check how your are enjoying your stay and the breakfast. The restaurant is very good and all the staff are attentive and lovely. The breakfast menu is also pretty good for a budget hotel. I will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

Comfy beds & friendly staff. Location is nice and close to the beach, an easy walk to the shops & easy to get a Grab anywhere. Room was great, everything you need and was all clean comfortable. There was live music playing next door at night but was actually nice to listen to.
