The room: I love interior design and it is a perfect fit for couple or even solo traveler, they got every essentials and comfy. The hotel in general: The overall design of the hotel is very eye-catching, with a dark green color scheme, and the check-in waiting area is also comfortable. The staffs: This is a huge point of why love this place so much, the receptionist recognizes my booking immediately (even before i step in), she gave me clear guidelines and my carry on was handled professionally. I love it here and might try the room with window next time.

Four of us stayed here in March 2025. We were greeted with a friendly Anna & doorman. We arrived early and Anna honoured us with an early checkin. We were here for 5 nights. We had one problem with the aircon and the guys from reception came up straight away and fixed the problem. Anna and team were professional, helpful, welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was simple, yet done well to get the day started. If you want a 5star hotel, then go pay for it. If you want to explore Hanoi, sleep in comfort and be greeted with warmth and friendly people such as Anna, then stay here. The location is perfect, nearby everything but fair enough away that you get peace. The team will always help you and even recommends their own personal recommendations.

Good location and friendly staff, but room cleanliness and noise were a little bit disappointing. The hotel is in a great location, and breakfast was good. The staff were welcoming and very nice throughout our stay. However, the room wasn’t very clean—there were visible stains on the sheets and pillows. The bathroom felt quite old, and the door was difficult to close. Our room had a city view, but it was quite noisy, especially at midnight and early morning, due to poor soundproofing. Note: Leaving a score of 9 on Booking helps waive the 3% credit card fee.

Pros: Excellent customer service, friendly and heplful staff. Special mention to Anna who was provided us a lot of tips and information around Hanoi. The hotel is well situated - right in heart of old quarter and walking distance to several places. Room was clean with strong a/c. Cons: Bathroom needs an update ( it was clean though and provided hot shower). Breakfast food was the same everyday ( it was good but menu rotation would be nice) Overall, I would recommend this place
