Had an amazing stay at Hotel Grande Centre Point Surawong! The location is really convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and great city views. One of the cool features was the electric curtain by the bedside—just a click of a switch, and the curtains opened to reveal a stunning city view! The little details like this really made the stay feel luxurious. The service was top-notch—staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The facilities were impressive too, especially the rooftop infinity pool looking over the city! It also has a bar on the roof so you can order drinks and fruit shakes if you wish. However, the gym facilities could do with some more machines as there was literally just two proper machines and some dumbbells. But, I still managed to figure out a workout with the limited equipment and the view of the city skyline whilst working out is wonderful. Overall, a fantastic stay! Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.

Amazing Stay in the Heart of Bangkok! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect – just a short walk from Chinatown and many other Bangkok attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The service was outstanding – the staff was incredibly friendly, always helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were spotless, cleaned daily, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast – the variety was impressive, catering to all tastes, from classic options to exotic flavors that gave us a taste of Thailand every morning. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay perfect. Your hospitality made all the difference, and we truly appreciate it. We can’t wait to come back!

A Very Nice Hotel with Great Rooms — But Not Cheap I stayed at this hotel for a week during my visit to Bangkok. It’s a very nice place with friendly staff and beautiful rooms. I was even upgraded, likely because occupancy was low at the time. Before staying here, I was in a similarly priced hotel that was much worse, so this one felt like a great improvement. I really enjoyed the Cantonese-style breakfast — it was delicious. Even though it was the same every morning, it remained tasty, and having a heavy breakfast helped save a bit on other meals throughout the day. The room was always clean, the minibar was well-stocked, and overall, the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, genuinely interested in chatting, and had a relaxed but professional attitude, which I appreciated. The overall design of the hotel is quite corporate, but in a good way — clean, high-tech, and modern. What stood out the most to me was the service. Small thoughtful touches, like the shuttle service and the coins you receive at check-in that can be used for goodies inside the hotel, really made a difference. I’ve never seen that before, and I think it’s a fantastic idea. The Japanese-style toilet in the room was amazing — honestly life-changing. I want one for myself now! One thing I found a bit odd was that the bathroom was enclosed in glass, so you could see your partner showering or using the toilet. Fortunately, there was a button to turn the glass opaque for privacy. Overall, I had a really great experience. I especially enjoyed the sauna and the rooftop pool — both were very relaxing. The location is quite interesting, with a mix of residential and tourist areas. The neighborhood is diverse, with many Indian, Arab, and Vietnamese residents, and you can find everything you need nearby. You can also drive to many great spots in under 15 minutes. One downside is that the metro is a bit far, but still reachable. The gym was nice, and the entertainment room was amazing — they even had a PlayStation and slippers, which I really appreciated.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with the most helpful and kind staff. I had the beat sleep and bath of my life and loved the rooftop pool. We booked an extra half day as we had a late flight. We were also assisted booking a river dinner cruise as we couldn't do it online. Booking was made and confirmation printed straight away for us. You are given tokens to spend on rooftop drinks by the pool or gifts to take home. The breakfast had everything you could think of and was amazing quality. Cannot rate it high enough. Thank you for looking after us.

We just stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and everything was perfect! From the concierge, to the reception, and the restaurant staff... The bed was comfortable ( although pillows were a bit high profile for me) so we had good rest after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. Breakfast offerings were great as well. We'll definitely be back again!
