I loved my stay here! So many things to love about the place from the amenities to the service! Shout out to the main bell hop named Man, he was so kind and remembered and greeted me every time I entered and left the hotel, he was truly so sweet and hard working! Another fun thing about Space pattaya was their tokens system where they gave tokens at check in that could be used for things in the hotel from Snacks, drinks, games, souvenirs, you name it! The rooms were excellent and so were the amenities. It's a family place with lots of things for kids to do but there were also adult spaces such as the gym and separate pool on the top floor. There was also an onsen and spa services that could be purchased as a separate cost, which were also nice as well! The location was great, super close to the airport themed mall called terminal 21 which has all kinds of food places and shopping right next door. All in all my stay was amazing, would highly recommend to couples, families, and friends to enjoy!!

It's a good hotel. The staffs are also very good. I brought my kids because there's Kid Cub and the water park. The room is beautiful. The view is very good. There is one staff if I remember correctly, Mr. MIT, the loss prevention department, who gave good advice and provided very good service. If I have a chance, I will definitely come back to stay here again. Thank you for the very good service.

A Truly Impressive Stay – Excellent Service and Member Benefits I had a truly impressive experience during my recent stay at this hotel. I had booked in advance using the hotel’s member rate, which was already a great deal. However, just before my check-in date, the hotel launched a promotion in collaboration with a travel page, making the price even more affordable and attracting a large number of guests. Despite the high volume of guests, the hotel handled the situation exceptionally well. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade and access to breakfast on the 32nd floor. These thoughtful gestures made me feel truly valued as a member. This stay left a lasting positive impression, and I will definitely be returning again. Highly recommended for both the quality of service and the attention given to loyal guests.

Service is very impressive. I just want to warm my soy milk a little more. So I look around and ask for directions to the microwave. Ms. Joan caught my attention. She is a very excellent server. She did not just help me warm up my drink but also refilled my drink and was willing to make any additional changes. She extended her service for me without me leaving my seat at all. Thank you so much for your service.
