The service is excellent because all the staff treat us exceptionally well. The location is great, with a connected path to Terminal 21 and easy access to Uber or Grab taxis. The room is clean and nice. Moreover, the breakfast offers a wide variety of food, including Thai cuisine, Chinese dishes, salads, and a wide selection of beverages. Best of all, all the drinks and snacks in my room are free.

Amazing place, location is superb. Whole hotel is in theme of ocean...one can spend full day enjoying amphitheatre, lounge ,water slides, games etc in it. It is connected to a mall from inside and just outside there is open market on road named terminal 21.

Great customer service all around from each and every staff member. Great amenities, spacious and luxury hotel rooms. The breakfast buffet had many great options. The view from the room, pool and buffet area were amazing. Also, a big bonus that it’s below/besides terminal 21. Lastly, massive shout out to Max at the front desk for all his work! He provided great customer service skills and was a great communicator from when we arrived and when we checked out. Would definitely return for future visits in Pattaya!

This hotel is highly recommended due to her location and facilities. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Special mention about Freya, who provide great service during our dinner at Sky32 restaurant, top level dining with fantastic view of PATTAYA.

Great hotel!! We have had a great experience here. Everything from the check in experience onwards is absolutely great. All the staff are very friendly, helpful, and provide excellent service. The hotel's location is fantastic and connect to Terminal 21 shopping mall. The water park and pool area is one of the main attractions. So many activities which can be enjoyed by both elderly and children. Special thanks for a staff at Kids club named Aor. She's very attentive and dedicated for our 3 days workshop, my children had a good experience with her outstanding service. We loved our overall Stay at Hotel Grand Centre Point, Pattaya, we will definitely choose this hotel again. ?
